Thanks! In the Johnston Co. obituary list, I do see that Leroy Clair Ferrell died around September 10, 1984 and it says "h/o Betty S. Ferrell". Does h/o mean husband of? If so, then maybe that is the Betty Schultz Ferrell I m trying to verify. He is buried in the Clayton Old City Cemetery.

When I search for their wedding, I only see a record of Leroy marrying someone named Sadie in 1954.
