Did find a Tracie M Glenn married to a Ricky Fowler in 1990 and a Tracie M Fowler married to Ricky Fowler in 1995.
Ancestry.com shows Patrica Fowler and Albert T. Coles to be the parents of Francis C. Coles with a birth date of 16 Aug 1947. Patrica Fowler could be the mother of Ricky if we can find a birth certificate to validate. R W Fowler, III in Hot Springs could have the answer. Please contact me at
