Last Saturday, April 21st, I snapped a few pictures of some old grave stones in the old abandoned cemetery COMMONLY called the "County Home Cemetery". It has also been called "Riverside", "Riverview", "River Hill", and "Davis Chapel" cemetery. In addition to burials of the County, this cemetery contains graves of families in the Marshall and Walnut Creek area of Madison County, which were in no way connected to the County Home. If any of these are YOUR relatives, let me know, and I'll send you a scanned image in .jpg format. We are currently in the process of cleaning up and preserving this old cemetery. There are more stones there, but have not photographed them yet.
