WILLIAM PEEK, JR., born Buncombe Co., NC 18 Aug. 1829; married in Madison Co., NC - 14 Aug. 1856, Julia Emeline Proffitt, (dau of Calvin Turner Proffitt and Polly Wilson), born 8 Oct. 1835 and died May 2, 1883; he died 27 august 1911, Burial at Sardis Baptist Church Cemetary, Hart. Co., GA.
