I am looking for my g-grandfather. My grandfather is beleived to have been born in Burke Co. N.C. in 1865.
G-grandfather was John Parten (wife Elizabeth ?) and Grandfather was Samuel Columbus Parten. My Grandfather moved on to Tn.& Texas.
