Conrad Cramm/Crump was Lutheran Hessian Soldier who changed sides in the Rev. War. He was member of St. John Cabarrus and Crooked Creek Lutheran in what is now Cabarrus. He married (Mary?)Motlency Lasher dau of Philip Lasher(PA German Lutheran and possibly a widow of a Hess. Sons Lewis and Daniel Cramm were baptised by Rev. A Roschen(?) in 1797 and 1795 after Rev. Johann Nussbaum had died. Some children stayed in Cabarrus/Union/Stanly co after Conrad & wife move to Burke Co. now Gamewell Smokey Creek area of Caldwell Co NC abt. 1813 where he died September 1836 & buried at Crump Lingle Cem. formerly location of Rocky Creek or Bold Spring LUtheran Church. Adam Hagler,father of Margaret Elizabeth Hagler Shook (my gggmother) lived in either Mecklenburg or Union Co. NC in 1830's. Margaret &husband William Shook were buried in Ash Camp Cem., Keysville VA in 1825& 1827. Barbara Phlyer or Plyer married Moses Richey in Iredell Co but was originally from SC near Charlotte NC.
