Great thanks. I note that the affidavit of James Moore in 1836 (regarding the Rev. War pension for some widow) states that he was 81 years old. That means he was born in 1755, which "fits" with the reference in the "Moore Families of Anson and Union Counties" book, (page 1)to James Moore being born about 1755.
