Some of my Perkins family, John in 1800 and George 1810 were married in RichmondCo, by Robert Webb. I would like to know more about him and who he was for a possible family connection.

I see from the census of 1810 there was a Robert Sr. and a Robert Jr. Anyone know this Webb family and who might have been the one to marry the people in my family. I believe he was a Justice of the peace and not a clergyman but not totally sure.
