North Carolina Revolutionary War Controller's Vouchers

Surnames: McCollum McCollum Boone
I have a father and son, Samuel and Daniel McCollum/McCollom, who received Controller's Vouchers 7246 and 7154 in connection with their militia service in the Salisbury District (Rowan County) during the Revolutionary War. Daniel lived long enough to file a pension application from Georgia in 1832, so I have a good record of his service. Samuel died between 1790 and 1800, leaving no military record, but I have discovered that he was a Colonial Constable just prior to the Revolution and owned land adjoin land previously owned by Squire and Daniel Boone.

Can anyone tell me where I might be able to locate copies of these vouchers?
