Your Malachi Mann is Malachi Mann Jr born 1792 and married Catherine Holt. I am currently traveling but when i get home I can send you some additional information. Malachi Jr had a brother Henry Mann born 1776 from whom I descend. His father was Malachi Mann but the trail runs cold here.
