Hi... Was wondering if your Nash had any connection to either Whitson F. Nash (wife Nancy Jane) or Albert F. Nash. Both Whitson and Albert were listed as laborers aged 22 in the 1850 Rowan Co., NC Census. Both moved to Stanly Co., NC for the 1860 Census, settling in the same Albemarle township to which Edmund B. Nash had moved to. Edmund was in Montgomery Co., NC in 1830 and 1840 census, but moved to Stanly for the 1850 census. Also listed in Montgomery Co. in 1830 were Thomas, William, and Abner Nash, William and Thomas being of age 50-60 then, while Abner was age 20-30 and Edmund B. I know was born abt 1796-1800. In 1840 Edmund B. and William Nash were still in Montgomery. In 1850 Edmund B. moved to Stanly. In 1860 Whitson F. and Albert F. Nash moved from Rowan to Stanley. Any connection to your Nash.?? or have you any information on these Nashes ??
