Yes I tested to 67 markers with FTDNA and then upgraded to 111. My kit number is 99750. I know what you mean about the brick wall. I have been stuck at my gggrandfather, Benjamin F. Patterson for over 20 years. He was born about 1820 in SC and lived in the Gowdeysville/Draytonville area of Union County, SC along the Broad River. This area became part of Cherokee County in 1897. This was also in the same areas that Frederick Patterson lived since Cherokee County was made up of parts of Spartanburg, Union and York Counties.
