Wake County Poor House Location 1904

Does anyone know where the Wake Co Poor House was located during the 1904 time period? I am looking for a cemetery that might be with the poor house. Dewitt H. Davis left the Old Soldiers Home in Raleigh to the county poor house. he died shortly after and I believe he died at the poor house.
