Does anyone know who the parents of Elizabeth "Betsey" Hill were?

She married Mosses Lasiter on 30 January 1816 in Wake County. I believe she was my g-g-g grandmother. Her daughter, Martha Lassiter (who married John Ferell in 1846) was my g-g grandmother. Martha and John Ferrell's daughter, Rebecca Ann Ferrell (b. 1849) was my great grandmother -- she married John O'Neal in Wake County.
