I am seeking information on Berryman Isom Jones who was born in SC and moved into Rabun County, GA ca 1835. I think Berryman's mother was Elizabeth Jones, as he has an elderly lady named Elizabeth in one of the census. It could be his wife's mother, she was Licenia Watkins. Do these name fit anywhere in your family lines? I would be very grateful for any help finding Berryman's family.

Hi, I researched my records for a Berryman Jones and could not find one. There were several Elizabeth's in our side of the Jones family but no Berryman or Barry or anything resembling it. I'm sorry. I wish you the best in finding out more though. Sometimes, you find a lot and sometimes it's a struggle.
