This is a long shot because I don't have much information but here goes...

I have a 1944 newspaper article about my Gallagher family. One paragraph says "George Gallagher left the home at the turn of the century to settle in Norma [North Dakota]. Now he has retired from farming. His one son, Harry, died but he has one daughter, Mrs. Jesse Mahnke, living in Norma [North Dakota]." The entire article is posted at:

My question to you is who is "Mrs. Jesse Mahnke?" Is the first name Jesse her husbands name?

Do you have a Jesse MAHNKE in your lineage? I would love to find my cousins on this line...
