I did research the Francis Elias Stevenson/Rebecca Howell line but was able to disprove a connection to Mary Stevenson.
I've also done searches on Eli, Elijah, Elisha, and other permutations, but no success yet.
Since the only reference I have for the names are on her death certificate by the informant, I suspect maybe the names were remembered incorrectly.
The hunt continues!
