Surnames: Carrico, Johnson, Roffee
Seeking date of death of James Carrico and an obituary if possible.
He appears in the Belmont Co., census 1900-1930. His WWI draft Registration in Belmont gives his full name as James Herbert Carrico and birth September 10, 1873. The census records variously give his place of birth as VA/OH/WV.
Death record for dau. Ethel Carrico Daily 29 Mar 1926 states he was born London Co., WV and marriage record to 2nd wife Edna Roffee (a widow) in Ohio Co., WV lists him born in Louden Co., VA.
Ethel's death record states she was buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Bellaire as well as 1st wife Margarite Johnson Carrico who died in Ohio Co., WV 28 Sep 1914. Son James Youl died 6 May 1915, death certificate indicates burial in Bellaire.
I am looking for a James Carrico b. Northern VA (Prince William, Loudoun, Fairfax etc.) age 6 on the 1880 census in Prince William Co. VA. Obit for his half sister in 1954 mentions he is still living.
I'm uncertain if the James Carrico of Belmont Co., OH is the same James Carrico. Seeking additional info. which might confirm.
Also, James Carrico's 2nd wife Edna Carrico died in Belmont Co., in 1980, so I'm imagining that he also died & was buried there.
Any help would be appreciated.
