Marshall Richardson, of Sharpsburg,
was honored on his sixty third
birthday at a party given by
his daughter, 'Miss Jane Richardson.
Those attending were: Mr. and
Mrs. Monroe Hoffman and children,
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gossard. Mr.
and Mrs. Charles Richardson and
son, Mrs. Helen Moser, Wilbur Gossard,
Miss Jane Richardson and
Marshall Richardson.

REPORTED MISSING
Pvt. Paul E. Richardson, who is
one of the five sons of Mr. and
Mrs. Marshall Richardson in service,
is reported as missing in action
in Italy, The young man's parents
reside near Sharpsburg and his
wife lives in Hagerstown.

Marvin A. Richardson and Cecil
G. Richardson, twin sons of Mr.
and Mrs. Marshall Richardson,
near Sharpsburg, have returned to
their camp at Columbus, Ohio, after
spending a seven-day furlough
at home. They are both privates
first class in the army.
