Julliard was born either in France or Ohio bef. Sep 1874. He married Margaret Jane Roberts Parrot (her second marriage), daughter of Thomas Roberts and Elizabeth Burris of Highland Co, OH. Emile and Margaret married 20 Sep 1895 in Georgetown, Brown Co, OH.

Emile and Margaret had one son, Homer Lee Julliard born 7 Mar 1897 in Highland Co. They divorced 10 Aug 1896 in Brown Co.
