COLUMBUS: Nellie Viola Freeman - Campbell, age 95 of Columbus, Ohio, passed away, Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Trillium Place -Columbus, Ohio.
Born March 8, 1917 in Logan, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Wesley Rader and Ethel (Poling) Blackstone.
Nellie and her late husband Delmar operated the former Freeman's Greenhouse in Logan, Ohio for numerous years.
She attended the Immanuel United Methodist Church-Logan, Ohio.
She is survived by one daughter, Ginger F. (Mark) Coco of Dublin, Ohio; one son, Kenley (Deborach Barnwell) Freeman of South Hamilton, Massachusetts; seven grandchildren, Andrew (Barbara) Reynolds of Littleton, Colorado, David Reynolds of Lancaster, Ohio, Annie (Robert) Stephens of Delaware, Ohio, Steven Coco of Sydney, Australia, Matthew Coco of Stanford, Connecticut, Samuel and Benjamin Freeman both of Chelmsford, Massachusetts; four great-grandchildren, Allie and Wyatt Reynolds, Fiona and Colin Stephens; son-in-law, Larry Reynolds of Lancaster, Ohio.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, H. Delmar Freeman (1973); second husband, James A. Campbell (1989); daughter, Judith I. Reynolds (2008); granddaughter, Lisa Kate Reynolds.
Funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at Roberts Funeral Home Logan, Ohio with Reverend Ricci R. Arthur officiating.
Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, Ohio. Friends may call today from 2:30 PM until time of service at the funeral home.
