Free Person of Color's Bond Allowing Residence in Jefferson Co

My Great, Great, Great Grandfather, Solomon Coursey (1804 - 1883?), lived at or near Stubenville, Jefferson County, Ohio from at least 1830 to after the Civil War. He was originally from Delaware and a free person of color. As such he was required by Ohio state law to file a bond attesting to his right to be free from slavery. Might a copy of this bond be on file with the Jefferson County Clerk's office? If so, can someone help me get a copy?
