This is what I found....4/25/1912, a John Franklin married an Alice Phiber in Greer Co. Ok. On 1920 census for Harmon Co., OK, Francis Twp, I found an Alice Franklin age 28, divorced, with two sons, Artie F., age 6 b. OK, and Wesley age 5, b. ok. both sons indicate father was born in Alabama.
Also on 1920 census for Greer Co. I found two John Franklins', one 34, and a prisoner in the Reformatory in Greer Co., and another 30 year, married to a woman, can not make out the name. With him is his brother Thomas R. and his wife Zemma Copeland Franklin. Thomas and Zemma were married 12/13/1919 in Greer Co. The John Franklin on this census is said to be born in Tenn. So I don't know how any of these names fit with what you are looking for. I have no connection, just trying to give you a hand.
