Hi,
I'm looking for the maiden name of George Lee's wife Sarah who were married about 1881. I found George and Sarah listed in the 1900 Federal Census living in Altus Twnshp in Greer County, Ok. Sarah was born in Texas in June of 1861 according to the census and has been married to George for 18 yrs. They have 6 children in 1900:
Jobie(?)- Female b:Nov 1882
Minnie-Female b:Dec 1884
Mammie(?)- Female b: Dec 1886
Willis-Male b: July 1890
Nettie-Female b: July 1892
and the last childs name is indecipherabe but is 1 yr. old.
If this is your family or you can point me in the right direction to find Sarah's maiden name I would be very grateful. Thanks.
