He was born on December 12, 1857 in Des moines, Iowa and died December 04, 1909 in Wilburton,OK.

he married Stacy Ann Charlotte MITCHELL.

She was born September 17, 1864 in Beulah, Missouri
and died May 02, 1942 in Wilburton, OK
