First Brick Streets in Tulsa, OK

Can anyone tell me when the first brick streets were layed in Tulsa,OK? I have been told that my GreatGrandfather helped to lay them. Don't know if this is true,is there a way to find out? Even if not...it would give me a possible time when he may have been there. I am having a LOT of trouble with this man (Jerry Allen Shrives). Thanks SO much!
