Im researching a person that I believe could be Belle Starr's grandaughter by Pearl Starr. Pearl Starr had a daughter named Florence "Flossie". My husband's GG grandma is named Florence C Massey born about the same date and location as Pearl's daughter. In the 1900 Arkansas census Florence is shown to be living with a couple whom are unrelated to her at the age of 16. She is listed as a step daughter. We cannot find Florence Massey's parents. The long believed story throughout the family is that they are related to Belle Starr. I think its possible that Florence Massey is the same "Flossie".
