Herbert Monroe Floyd died 3 Dec 1967 (age 75) in Tulelake, Siskiyou Co., CA but is buried in OR. Hoping to find name of Herbert's wife. She preceded him in death.

I would also like to find descendents and ancestors. I have lots of Burk-Clendenin information on family who were from Missouri, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Herbert Floyd's parents were John F. Floyd and Nettie S. Burk. Cynthia Clendenin Burk (mother of Nettie) was living with the family on the 1900 census in Hardin, Ray Co., MO. Herbert was born in Saline Co., MO. Looking for death place of John/Nettie Floyd and Cynthia Clendenin Burk (widow of Elisah Burk). I know they were in Oklahoma by 1911.

Herbert Floyd's son listed as informant on his death certificate was Herbert F. Floyd who was living in NYC, NY in 1967. Don't have any further info.
