Does anyone know how to access the Union Point Cemetery in Brownsville? I recently learned that several of my early pioneer ancestors are buried at this cemetery including my 4 Great Grandmother, Mary Ramsey Buckhalter Keeney. I traveled to Brownsville today hoping to photograph Mary's headstone. I believe I found the cemetery from a distance but it is apparently on private property as the road that leads to it was blocked by a gate and a "No Trespassing" sign. Is there a way to contact the property owner or is the gate and sign in place just to keep vandals away? I was however able to access the Brownsville Museum and Pioneer Cemetery and found many interesting facts about my ancestors.
