Myself and two others are trying to locate our lost cousins. You were probably born between 1940 and 1959. David Eugene Mills met your mother in Bremerton, Washington when he was on board a Navy ship. He was in the Navy.

When he got back from the deployment, and was mustered out, they moved to either Oakland or San Francisco, Ca. It did not work out for them, you and your mother moved back to either Bremerton to her family, or to Portland, Or. where her family lived then.
