I am looking for information on my ancestor James and his wife Elizabeth(Betsey McKinney). He was born around 1783 in Centre County,Pa, married his wife 5/23/1813 in Bellafonte,Centre Co, PA, and he died 1868 in Richland Twp,Clarion Co,PA. She was bornaround 1793 in Centre County,and died 1/24/1826 in Walker Twp,PA.
James'descendent,Josephine Katherine Clark ,is my paternal g-mother.Who married my g-father ,Norris Peck
I would like to know if anyone knows who their parents are,and any other information that is found about them. Does anyone know if James' line goes back to the explorer, Clark?I am forgetting my history right now as to whether it is William or James in reference to the Lewis and Clark expeditions.I apologize for my forgetfulness.
