I made an error in my earlier message. Mary NICODEMUS marr Abraham, not Benjamin HOUSEL as indicated in the following obit of Justice Eli HOUSEL, b. May 1861 (not 1856 as indicated in the obit) reportedly in Bedford County.

Cresson, July 2. -- Justice E. HOUSEL, aged 65, a veteran employee of the Pennsylvania Railroad, died Tuesday
at his home on Powell avenue, following a brief illness. He was a son of the late Abraham and Mary (NICODEMUS)
HOUSEL and was born in Bedford County.
He was twice married, His first wife, Mrs. Mary MULL, died February 10, 1913. He is survived by his second wife,
Mrs. Sadie SMITH (FLETCHER) HOUSEL, and three children, born to the first union: Mrs. Loma GARBER and Paul
HOUSEL, both of Altoona, and Mrs. Mae TAYLOR, of Columbus, O.
The body was removed today to Mahaffey, Clearfield County where internment was in the Otterbein Cemetery.

The date of publication, 2 July 1931 was a Thursday. Therefore, the date of death, the preceeding Tuesday, would
have been 30 June 1931.
Am at a loss on this one -- ANY information on Mary or Abraham, even if SPECULATIVE, would be appreciated.
