Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of Mrs. James Kaufman of Nittany for William H. Earon. He died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Kaufman, following a long illness with complications and the infirmities of age. Mr. Earon, who was aged 80 years, was born and reared in Sugar Valley, but had lived in Nittany Valley, since he was twelve years old. He was a charter member of Washington Camp, P.O.S. of A., at Salona.
In addition to his daughter, he is survived by one son, Charles of Ridgway; one brother, Christian of Lock Haven, adn one sister, Mrs. Henry Sents, of State College.
