Surnames: Bittner, Ocher, Carstater, Sheats, Fox, Wynn, Rathgeber
There was a Bittner Genealogy done, but I do not know when.
Starts with Christian Bitner who first lived in Sugar Valley. Most of his 8 children later settled in Lock Haven, Clinton Co., PA
There may be two Christian Bitner/Bittner families from this area. One from Beech Creek/Blanchard area and the one that came to Lock Haven. Most families in Lock Haven are descended from sons, Eli S. & Aaron S.
