Hello, I have some Notestine I am trying to connect to
our family in Catawissa Columbia county PA.

John Notestine with wife Sarah
children are
John, Jacob, Susannah (susie), Elizabeth, and perhaps
others one of which may be
our Catherine who married Jeremiah Ash in 1862, I havent
located marriage except as Danville.
The other children all married at St Johns Lutheran in
Catawissa while they lived there. Our Levi and Catherine
were also members there.

I found John in the 1870 Census and he is 60 working as a
watchman fo the RR. Then they seem to be gone by 1880.
Or perhaps died and are bureid in Columbia county.

His son John A. Notestine and Maggie are in the census
near him in 1870 with tow daughters Harriet and Mary.
