Hi,
I recently bought the book, "The Price of Patriotism; Indiana County, Pennsylvania and the Civil War" by W. Wayne Smith.
I will do look-ups for your surname.
I can't promise immediate service, but I'll do my best.
Happy Tree climbing,
Lesa

Hi, Thanks so much for being willing to do this for people.
My ggrandfather Jacob Donahue was born in 1856, he married Mary ( Molly ) Braddock. She was born in Johnstown,in 1862.She was disowned for marrying him. She died in 1895 and is buried in Cambria Co. Jacob was born in Indiana county. I have been unable to find any info on Mary, any kind of info would be appreciated. Jacob's father was Thomas and his was Hugh. Thanks so much for your time and effort. Brenda in Montgomery, Al

I wish I could help, but neither name is listed in this book.
Have you tried the census?

Thanks so very much for your reply. Too bad that you could find nothing. I have tried census and anything else that I can think of. The Braddock line that I am looking for is a brick wall.
Thanks , Brenda
