1810 Donegal township question

I've finally after years of searching narrowed down my search to a "Widow KAUFFMAN" living in Donegal at the time of the 1810 census. My problem is that this is would be the first ancestor that I've traced to the previous generation (prior to the benefit of the later census information). So here I am eager to get more information on the Widow KAUFFMAN beyond the fact that she has the same surname, has a son of the right age and happens to live on census page away from that son's future inlaws. I'm wanting to pinpoint where in 1810 Donegal the widow lived. If I can do that, maybe church records in that area will reveal her first name and the name of her deceased husband's name. Once I have that, maybe I'll be lucky enough to find a will with the children's names. PLEASE let me know if you can tell me where to find land titles or tax lists or something else that might have this information. I'd be so very grateful for any wisdom you can share that *might* help me to make this connection.
