Was wondering if anyone would have any information on Jonas Eckert. He was married to Mary Catharine Ruth. They had the following children: John, Conrad, Jonas, PETER, Nicholas, Elizabeth (married John Muller) and Catharine (married Henry Urich). Jonas "Ekart" is listed in the 1790 Census for Dauphin County and in 1800 in Lancaster Twp., Lancaster County. There is a Jonas Eckert listed in the will books and intestate records for Lancaster County for the year 1802. Would someone have the abstract to this will and be able to tell me what it says? I would appreciate any help anyone could give me. Thank you.
