There has been on-going confusion over this citing. My family's Leander Cady married Mary Matilda Wikel. Their children were those you noted for Leander and M. O'Haver. Leander and M. Wikel lived in Miami County IN in 1900. I have never seen the 1900 census from Highland County; perhaps no one else who is perpetuating this misinformation has either.
Here is the 1900 census from Miami County citing "our" Leander and Mary with their children. I think it would be a great coincidence if the Leander and Margaret O'Haver had children of the same names on a census of the same year.
The child, Fara, is my grandmother.
