Hi Cindi,
Under the surname Biddinger and Koons

d. 8 Feb. 1954. Also Olive V. Koons, b. 9 Aug. 1880, d.
1 March 1900. A Michael Koons and an Anna Derr,
have no vitals for Michael or Anna.

Under Rowe and Sherman

One thing to keep in mind....if records are off just a tad--do not rule them out. Many mistakes were made. These look like this is your Gr-grandfather's family.....

1840:
Christian Freyberger, Lower Mahantango Schuylkill. The 1840 only lists the head of household. It does say he has 1 male in the household under the age of 5, one male between the ages of 30-40, 1 female under the age of 5, one female between the aged of 30-40, and one female between the ages of 70-80.

Barry Township Schuylkill August 1850:
Christian Fryberger, aged 35, laborer
Rosannah, wife, aged 39
Mary, aged 10, daughter
Samuel, aged 7 son (your Samuel)

1860:
Gordon, Butler Township Schuylkill:
Mary Fryberger (Sometimes females went by middle names?) Looks like her name is Rosannah(Samuel's mother) widowed aged 42 (says she was born in Germany)
Mary (his sister) aged 18
Samuel, aged 16

1880 2nd ward Shamokin---June 10, 1880
Fryberger, Samuel, Aged 34, Fireman for Railroad b. 1846
His father was born in Germany
Margaret, wife, Aged 26
Charolette, daughter, born 1870
Oscar, son, born 1873
William W, son, born 1876
Samuel I, son born 1878
Rosanah, Samuel Sr.'s mother, born 1803 --her parents and husband were born in Germany--says she was born in PA ??
Mary M, Samuel Sr.'s sister, born 1842

Well, good luck
