Peter Abraham Bergers wife is Catharina nee Haring b Jan 25 or 26, 1814 d Oct 8, 1861 buried at Hetzels church cemetary.
Peter's info is b July 20, 1802, died Jan 11, 1892, buried at Hetzels Church Cemetary Section A Row 11 Stone 20.

Note, Catharine is not buried beside Peter. At that time, they seemed to bury people in the order they died, not necessarily putting husband and wives next to each other. Peter has an obelisk shaped stone close to a tree and Catharina's is the third row behind George Wilhelm Berger

Hi!
Do you have anything about a Philip Berger b: 1810 d December 16, 1855, who married my GGgrandfather's sister, Elizabeth Kremer b December 19, 1811 d September 3, 1856 and both buried at St Paul's Cemetery, Summer Hill?

Also, my Ggrandmother Clarissa (Clara) (Seigfried) Kremer Staller, married a Staller after her first husband Milton Gordon Kremer died. He died February 27, 1933.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Lynn

Thanks!!!!
I was wondering if Heinrich was the brother to Simon, also. I must investigate that further.
Also, this gives me two more names of the children of Philip and Elizabeth (Kremer) Berger. I was pretty certain what I had and what I saw in the census were the same. The dates matched with the age fairly closely, but I only had one child listed for them.
Thank you, once again, for this info. Some I do have and some I don't, or just need to double check against what I have.
You have been a great help.
Can't wait to get to St. Paul's some time in my lifetime, again...it has been 37 years since I've been able to visit the graves :o)

I am trying to track down a Benjamin Berger, born abt 1803, who was living with a his daughter? or grand daughter Melissa in Cressona in the 1870 census, but can not be tracked down before or after. Melissa married Francis Emerich and I am trying to determine her parentage/ancestry. Your Benjamin Berger's dates might make him the gentleman I am searching for. Do you have any marriage/family info for him? Any help would be appreciated.

If this is the Benjamin Berger you are looking for let me know and I will extract all the Berger records from the St.Paul Summerhill records. My great aunt, Mamie Reber, was married to a Milton Berger from South Manheim Twsp., Schuylkill Co., PA; probably some connection between you and I. If you need me to extract more info, just let me know. I also have the whole Emerich line so will look up your Emerich and get back with you. nancyljonesfl@hotmail.com
