Jessie Finch Sr., 46, of Laceyville, Pa., died Tuesday, July 25, 2006. Born on March 25, 1960, in Abington, Pa., he was a son of Edna May Rook Finch of Dushore, Pa., and the late Richard Landis Finch. He attended Wyalusing High School and was employed by the Johnson's Stone Quarry.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Richard, Landis and Roger Finch.
He is survived by two sons, Jesse Jr. of Rome, Pa., and Josh of Pittston, Pa.; a brother, Roland Finch of New Albany, Pa.; his sisters, Sally Robinson of Jenningsville, Pa., and Lena Jennings of Sugar Run; one grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Friday, July 28, at the Sheldon Funeral Home, Main Street, Laceyville.
Interment will be in Lacey Street Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.
