Mordecai Moon

He is listed on the 1814 Tax Roll in Tioga, PA. He was listed as being age 30. Please, does anyone know who this Mordecai Moon is connected to within the MOON line?

I would be so appreciative if anyone could help in sharing or looking up in Tioga for anything related.
