Funeral services for Mrs. Cora Williams, wife of the late Zachariah Williams, who died at her home in Hegins Monday, will be conducted at the A R Buffington Funeral Home Valley View, Friday morning. Rev. Paul W Yoh, pastor of the Reformed Church will officiate and burial will be made in Union Cemetery, Hegins.
A native of Northumberland County, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Geist and was born September 15, 1871.
She was married twice, her first husband, Almond C Ressler, native of Hegins Twp, died in 1919 and her second husband, Zachariah Williams, native of Tamaqua, died in 1929.
She is survived by one stepson, Gordon Williams, Long Island, NY; two sisters, Mrs. F R Masser, Hegins, and Mrs. Harry Leonard, Tremont; three brothers, E F Geist, retired lumber dealer; T J Geist and N F Geist, all of Hegins.
