Charles Monroe Header, Mabel, Barry Twp, a blacksmith, died at his home Wednesday afternoon.
A son of the late Joel and Amelia Header, he was born September 22, 1869, and was a member of the United Brethren Church, and a member of the Sunday school.
Surviving are his wife, Mary, and the following children: Mrs. Harvey Harner, Ashland; Mrs. Earl Lucas, Hegins RD; Roy and Monroe, Ashland; 28 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; one brother, Calvin, Valley View; and two sisters, Mrs. Alfred Brown, Hegins RD and Mrs. Edward Hazen, Pittsburgh.
Funeral is from his late home, Saturday afternoon with further services in the United Brethren Church, Barry Twp, and burial in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. Charles Young, pastor of the church will officiate. H E Miller, Valley View, is the funeral director.
