John Wolfgang, 75, Shamokin, died at the home of his son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kerner. He had been in ill health for seven years.
Born in Mahantongo Valley, he was a son of the late Edward and Katie Keim Wolfgang. He was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical United Brethren Church and had been a miner. His wife, Agnes, died seven years ago.
He leaves three daughters, all of Shamokin; two sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Pruella Kehler, Lebanon; Mrs. Francis Hepler, and Oliver Wolfgang, Pitman.
