James M. Lally Jr., 57, of 520 Mount Olive Blvd., Lost Creek, passed away Sunday at his residence.
Born in Ashland, July 22, 1955, he was a son of Ann Marie "Sissy" Chuplis Lally, with whom he resided, and the late James M. Lally Sr.
Jim was a 1973 graduate of the former Cardinal Brennan High School, Fountain Springs, and also graduated from Thaddeus Stevens Trade School, Lancaster.
Prior to his retirement, he was a machine operator at Poly Plastics, Delano.
He was a member of Annunciation BVM Roman Catholic Church, Shenandoah, and the former Citizens Fire Company, Lost Creek. Jim was an avid sports fan.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are a brother, Dennis Patrick Lally and his wife, Susan, Girardville; two sisters, Rosaire Miller and her husband, Raymond, Lost Creek, and Kathryn Ann Lally, Philadelphia; an uncle, Matthew Chuplis, Levittown; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Private services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Annunciation BVM Cemetery with the Rev. Charles Dene officiating. Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 S.
