I am also interested in the Pa. Archives!! I am trying to find out where my Great, Great Parents are buried and what the wifes maiden name was!!??
His name is Frederick Kurtz, Born 1827 in Wurrtemberg Germany, lived in Philadelphia, Pa. at one time, Died,1901! Her name was Fredericka Kurtz, Born,1835 also had lived in Wurrtemberg Germany!!
They were of Catholic faith!!!
I am so stuck right now, I haven't been able to find anything else about either of them, except, they had 10 children:
Frederick, Louisa, George, Nellie, Herman, Robbie= my Great Grandfather, Katie, Hannah, Louis & John.
