Youngest brother's marriage license application (no actual marriage shown) indicates the mother's maiden name was Reardon:

This may be his World War I draft registration.

Both show October as his month of birth. When he married, he stated he was a telegraph operator.

If this is the correct Dennis C., then his wife apparently died before he registered for the draft on 09.12.1918 since he gave his father rather than wife as a contact.
