There was a book, "Births 1590-1930 from Newport Common Burial Ground" by Alden G. Beaman. He copied info from gravestones and created a grid system of the cemetery.

I am researching DUNBARs in Rhode Island, specifically the family of George Dunbar (dd 1754) and think he may have been buried there.

Some of the Dunbars are buried in BF 00526, BF 00527 and BF 528.

Perhaps I might visit the plots but wouldn't know where to find them.

Any ideas?
